Every delivery comes with documents. AI reads them, your team signs off.
Invoices, delivery notes, inspection certificates and supplier reports arrive as e-invoices, PDFs and on paper. We build processes in which AI reads and compares, a person decides on deviations, and long-running cases such as complaints keep their state for weeks, across plants, suppliers and systems.

01 — The industry
Supply chain, long processes, know-how.
Between production and accounting, much of the work is reading and waiting.
Supply chain
Invoices, delivery notes, inspection certificates, declarations of conformity: goods arrive with documents that someone has to read and compare with the order.
Long processes
Complaints, changes and supplier approvals run for weeks across plants, suppliers and systems, and in between they wait for answers and tests.
Know-how
Specifications, test reports and technical documents contain the knowledge a company lives on. Reading them does not require sending them out.
02 — Use cases
Where AI helps, and where a person decides.
For each use case: what the agent does, where a person decides, and which products it is built with. Connecting your existing systems is project work.

01
Incoming invoices and delivery notes
As long as not every supplier issues e-invoices, structured invoices, PDFs and paper arrive side by side, together with the delivery notes.
- Agent
- Reads invoice number, amounts, order number and line items from PDF invoices, with the page and passage for each value.
- System
- Compares invoice, delivery note and purchase order according to your rules; deviations above your tolerance go to a person.
- Human
- Accounts payable clarifies deviations and releases the payment.

Inspection certificates at goods receipt
Material deliveries come with inspection certificates whose values have to match your order.
- Agent
- Reads material, batch, standard and measured values from the certificate, with the passage each value comes from.
- System
- A versioned rule compares the values with the requirements of your order; the rule version is recorded with the result.
- Human
- Quality assurance decides on releasing the batch; values without evidence are marked as unverified.

Supplier complaints
A complaint to a supplier runs for weeks: containment, root cause, corrective actions, verification of effectiveness. The answers arrive as reports.
- System
- Process Core runs the complaint with deadlines and reminders, resumes it after interruptions and records every step.
- Agent
- Reads the supplier's reports and checks whether every requested section has been answered.
- Human
- Quality assurance assesses the measures and closes the complaint.

Know-how stays in the company
Specifications, test reports and technical documents can be read by a model on your own hardware. For many reading tasks, a specialized model is enough.
- System
- Open models, optimized for the task, run in your own data center or on devices in your organization; where a larger model is needed, access to it stays replaceable.
- Human
- You decide which documents stay on your own model.

03 — Regulation
What applies, and what software can contribute.
Compliance is a property of your organization and its processes, not of a tool. Software can make the implementation easier or harder.
-
NIS2
German implementation in force since 6 December 2025
In short
Manufacturers of medical devices, electronic and electrical products, machinery and vehicles are covered from medium size, as are manufacturers and distributors of chemicals and food businesses in industrial production, processing and wholesale. They have to take risk-management measures, supply-chain security among them, and report significant incidents.
What software can contribute
Documented dependencies, self-hosted operation and traceable records of who released what.
-
Cyber Resilience Act
Reporting obligations since 11 September 2026; fully applicable from 11 December 2027
In short
Manufacturers of products with digital elements, connected devices and software among them, report actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents, starting with an early warning within 24 hours. From 11 December 2027, security requirements apply throughout the support period.
What software can contribute
A vulnerability report runs as a process with its deadlines, responsibilities and approvals, and every step is recorded.
-
E-invoicing
Receiving since 1 January 2025; issuing from 1 January 2027 with prior-year turnover above €800,000, from 1 January 2028 as a rule for all
In short
In Germany, invoices between domestic businesses are becoming structured e-invoices. Until the transition periods end, and beyond that for invoices from abroad and small-amount invoices, e-invoices, PDFs and paper arrive side by side.
What software can contribute
One check and release process for every format, with values from PDF invoices read together with their evidence.
